What we process and why
Sample and contact requests. When you send a sample request or contact form, we process the data you enter: company, country, name, email address, phone number (optional), product details and your message. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). The form is delivered by Web3Forms (hosted form service) to our mailbox; we keep the request for as long as the business relationship or enquiry requires, and no longer than two years after the last contact unless a contract follows.
Website statistics. Only after you accept analytical cookies do we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode v2. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Without consent no analytics cookies are placed and no data is sent to Google.
Technical data. Our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes IP addresses and request data in server logs for security and delivery of the site (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for a short period.
Recipients
Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Ireland Ltd (analytics, only with consent), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and content delivery). Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Send your request to info@teijsen.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, security headers and access controls. We may update this statement; the date above shows the latest version.
