What this range is, and is not
This page covers everything Teijsen sources for the Chinese market outside pork and beef: sheep, lamb, chicken, duck, fish and seafood. It is a complement, not a catalogue. We do not hold a standing list of items per species; we source against a concrete enquiry from plants approved for export to China. That is a deliberate choice. A by-product only has value for a Chinese buyer if the approval, the specification and the documents line up, and that is easier to guarantee per lot than per price list.
How we source other species
- Enquiry first. You state species, items, volumes and timing.
- Approved plant. We check which plants hold PRC approval for that species and can meet the specification. No approval, no offer.
- Per-lot specification. Cut or by-product, trim, packing and conditions are set with the plant and confirmed before shipment.
- Documentation and import. Plant approval and shipment documents travel with the goods; import into China runs through our own company.
The chain runs under the same IFS Food Higher Level system as our casings, 96.18 % in the 2026 audit.
Where it connects
Sheep and lamb buyers often combine meat with sheep casings from our casings range. Poultry, fish and seafood are sourced purely on request. For the standing programmes, see pork with its nineteen regular items and beef with its full forequarter. One enquiry can cover all of them; use the enquiry form or contact our sales team directly.
